This year, MPC is proud to be a Supporting Sponsor of The American French Film Festival (TAFFF) 2025, reaffirming its commitment to French creators, producers, and talent.
Through this partnership, we aim to help promote French cinema in the U.S. and around the world, while supporting the artists and technicians who shape its visual identity.

A presence at the panel “Made in France, Powered by VFX Magic”
As part of the festival, the CNC is hosting the TAFFF Industry Panel “Made in France, Powered by VFX Magic”, which will take place on Wednesday, October 29 at the Directors Guild of America (DGA), from 3 to 4 PM.
The panel will spotlight the excellence of French visual effects through three studios: MPC, BUF, and Mac Guff, and showcase key projects such as La Venue de l’Avenir, Dracula, and Néro The Assassin for MPC; 13 Jours et 13 Nuits for BUF; and Alpha for Mac Guff.
Discussions will explore how the “French Touch VFX” brings artistic depth to a range of genres, from arthouse films to fantasy, and how this creative signature fits within American distribution strategies.
MPC will be represented by Béatrice Bauwens, Head of MPC Paris & Liège.

Four MPC projects in the lineup
This year, MPC Paris is proud to see four projects featuring the studio’s post-production and visual effects work included in the festival’s official selection, highlighting the creativity and technical expertise of French artists in image finishing.

150 VFX shots by MPC, including matte painting and set extensions, historical reconstructions of Paris neighborhoods (rooftops, signs, period skies), removal of anachronistic elements, and 3D integrations.
Love Me Tender – Directed by Anna Cazenave Cambet
MPC handled color grading and image finishing to enhance the film’s warmth and emotional tone.
The Deal – ARTE series created by Alice Winocour and Jean-Stéphane Bron
Image post-production and visual integration work ensured a consistent aesthetic balance between dramatic tension and psychological realism.
