Dracula by Luc Besson for Best Visual Effects – Feature Film,
L’Inconnu de la Grande Arche for Best 3D Environment,
and The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon – Season 3 for Best Series.

Fabien Castan, Head of R&D at MPC / The Mill, will participate in the panel “Open Source, a Strategic Lever for Innovation to Reinvent the French VFX Industry.” Topics will include open-source tools (Blender, USD, Meshroom), interoperability standards (OpenUSD, MaterialX, fVDB), and hybrid business models combining innovation with industrial production.

The same day, MPC Paris teams will showcase the VFX for Troll 2 in collaboration with One of Us, demonstrating the studio’s technical expertise and creativity.

MPC Paris will also be present throughout PIDS at the Job Fair, connecting with and recruiting the next generation of VFX and animation talent, both online and on site.
