A true global benchmark for genre cinema, the Catalan festival celebrates its 58th edition this year, continuing to showcase imagination, innovation, and the visual power of fantastic works.
For Dracula, MPC Paris handled the visual effects over a six-month period. The team delivered 656 VFX shots, including around ten fully created in CGI.

The journey began in January 2024, with a preparation phase led by Laurent Creusot, the overall digital VFX supervisor. With 30 years of experience, he supported Luc Besson in bringing the director’s unique vision to the screen. In total, 162 artists and technicians were involved in the project, with VFX production managed by Nicolas Nepveu and Alice Neichols.
