This 2,300 m² building was once the headquarters of a factory built around an old residential pavilion in the port district. Redeveloped in 2004 to house a contemporary art center until 2018, the site became renowned thanks to its founder, a prominent art collector, and the Maison Rouge that stood at its heart. The space then experienced a third life, hosting a variety of cultural events, fashion shows, and Parisian fairs.
Today, it houses a fully redesigned studio aimed at fostering creativity and collaborative work. The spaces are flooded with natural light, punctuated with plants and courtyards, and connected by wooden and metal walkways.
The site includes multiple review and color grading rooms, a screening room, and areas designed to encourage exchange and reflection. This new environment offers an opportunity to put creativity back at the center, reconnecting with the essence of the craft: imagining and experimenting together.
Ideally located near Bastille, Gare de Lyon, and Gare d’Austerlitz, the studio embodies the creative energy and passion that drive MPC and The Mill Paris.
A space to discover very soon.
