A huge congratulations to Lise Fischer, nominated in the category Best Visual Effects at the César 2026 Awards for Stéphane Demoustier’s film L’Inconnu de la Grande Arche. This nomination is a wonderful recognition of the outstanding work achieved on the film and we would like to warmly congratulate everyone who contributed to this project, with special praise for our MPC Paris teams 👏

The César for Best Visual Effects this year brings together an exceptional selection of talent, with nominations including Cédric Fayolle for Chien 51, Rodolphe Chabrier and Benoît de Longlée for L’Homme qui rétrécit, Lise Fischer for L’Inconnu de la Grande Arche, and Alain Carsoux for Nouvelle Vague. Lise Fischer’s nomination on behalf of MPC Paris is part of a very positive momentum for the film, which was also awarded the GENIE Award for Best Environment at the PIDS Enghien just last week.

The nominations reflect the votes of the 4,955 eligible members of the César Academy, all professionals from the French film industry, representing 18 different branches of filmmaking, from directing and writing to image, sound, editing, costumes, sets, makeup and hair, visual effects, production, distribution, exhibition and technical industries, joined by a nineteenth branch of associated professions whose work supports the influence and vitality of cinema in France. The second and final round of voting will close on Tuesday February 24.

Once again, congratulations to Lise Fischer and to all the nominees. We are proud to see the talent and creativity of our industry, and of MPC Paris, celebrated at this level.
